Disappointed in the lack of communication. I scrambled to find equipment to serve my clients and keep myself employed during the outbreak. I placed an order. The order was confirmed. It was not until part of the order was delivered that I was aware that more than half the items were back ordered!

It’s been 48 hrs and I have heard or seen nothing about the item I bought being in stock or being shipped out, I guess I am looking for a status update. I logged on and it as if my order is not recognized but I have a confirmation email that I placed the order and the money is out of my account.

We’ve recently had some great reviews on the ordering process so I'm not sure what is causing the issue. I did some digging around and found out that this is sometimes cause by browsers ( i.e. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) Any kind of browser maintenance or updates can slow down websites for a short period of time. To help with this, you may want to try clearing your browsing data. That usually does the trick. Pricing was great! However the website was a little glitchy. I only wanted 2 sets of 4 bands & checkout kept reflecting 3 when I was about to process the order. Had to re-do it 4 times. Aside from that everything else was fine. Wish we had a discount when signing up for the email newsletter as well lol It was my first purchase so I was hoping to see some discount in my email.

I own a facility and have purchased quite a bit of stuff from you, although I haven't ordered anything in at least 2 years. Your system had no recall of my account thru any of my email addresses, so I had to re-register. One of the reasons I order from you less often is because I had issues in the past with my account and email- to the point where I had to call in. Apparently this continues. So my order took a lot longer than it should, and here I am writing a crappy review, wasting more of my time.

Hi Matthew, We switched over to a new operating system and launched a brand new website about 2 years ago. I have worked in Chicago cubs facility in Mesa, Arizona for a year and half as an internship. Back then, all equipments they've been using were made of this company which means that a good quality and durability things, they've been going well through whole time as players were using with them, suprisingly there was no problem with them. Not just only are they made of strong sources, but also good function for players. Now, I'm back to my country, Korea, I really want to purchase all kind of stuffs from here as I'm earning money even I'm out of states.
