Site was very slow and I had to log in multiple times after it kicked me out. The overall website needs a huge upgrade and it seems that payment system would benefit from one too. However, they have the best bands I have ever used as a trainer and will keep buying them.

The bands are great. Trying to set up an account and make a purchase wasn't so great. Apparently a customer can't do this using the Safari browser.

The app is pretty painful to navigate. Needs updating. Could only get to see 27 products. Wanted to buy a few packs of bands . Had to get thrown off site multiple teams to figure out the path to get that done.

I ordered the product and received it but also was I getting emails saying that my order was still in my cart.

Ordered a just jump mat and was informed hours later that it was on back order with no timetable on when it will ship. I understand these things happen but it should have been noted on the website before I ordered. I emailed to ask when they think it will ship but got zero response. We have testing coming soon and not having a mat is gonna suck. I bought from you guys cus I like what you stand for but honestly I could have gotten it cheaper And on time somewhere else.

The bands you ordered are extremely light; however, since we are located in Rhode Island we need to ship cross country to you in California.
