I know supply chain and gas are expensive, but I was a bit surprised to pay nearly $60 for shipping for the Y Balance Test Kit (wooden). Maybe it's the sign of times and maybe I am too used to Amazon free shippping. You can evaluated you charges internally and make the call. My experience otherwise was very good and without any issues. I would use Perform Better again, but will be aware of shipping options.

Perform Better seems like a great company and they have excellent communication. I just wish the shipping was more relative to the price and size of the item that you're purchasing.

For some reason my order was not sent right away? When they punch in my address w UPS or USPS or Fed X it confirms the address as residential. I still haven’t received my order?
