This seems to be a reoccurring issue involving data clutter due to cookies and cache from the browser you are using (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc). Switching back and forth between screens during an online purchase is not something we have heard of before but I will definitely look into the problem. Hello Christina, My apologies on the credit card issue. I do know that some browser like Chrome and Safari recognize the numbers from previous website orders. They then try to autofill them in the corresponding fields. I assure you that our checkout is fully secure and all information is encrypted to prevent any fraud. With regards to shipping, we have seen a substantial increase in freight charges and we are continuing to look for more economical solutions. Hello Stephanie, I apologize for the inconvenience during the checkout process. We just tested this on both mobile and tablet and it seems like everything is working fine. Sometimes if there is a lot of search history or cookies on different devices, this can cause problems with different browsers (Chromes, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
