There is an option for free ground shipping for orders $49 or more. My order was more. When I got an email from Perform Better confirming my order it had $40 for shipping. Which is it, free or $40? If I knew it was $40 shipping I would not have ordered from Perform Better.

Hi Carlos, We appreciate you ordering from us and also the feedback regarding your experience. We are always looking for ways to improve our website and make it as user-friendly as possible. It seems like most of the issues people are having deal with data clutter due to cookies and cache. This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages. I would suggest clearing your browser data and see if that helps fix the PayPal issue. Anyway, if you ever have any problems ordering online, please contact me directly and I'd be happy to help. My apologies, Sincerely, Tia Wilkinson Customer Service Rep. Perform Better 800-556-7464 ext 161 [email protected]

I bought two single 22.5 dumbells. I paid the extra to have them here in 2 days. I received one of the dumbells on Wednesday. The other one was supposed to be here on the same day. It is still sitting in Columbus, Ohio. YOU NEED TO SHIP THESE IN PAIRS WITH THE SAME TRACKING NUMBER. While UPS not delivering it is not your fault, This could have been avoided if sold in pairs or shipped together.
Response from Perform BetterJan 5, 2022
Hi Robert, I understand your frustration and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. We find that often times, if we ship multiple dumbbells in one package, there is a higher chance of the package becoming damaged during transit. In this case, we felt it was best to ship them separately. It is unfortunate that one of the packages was lost while in transit with UPS. Your replacement was sent out yesterday and should be arriving to you tomorrow! Again, my apologies for the inconvenience. If there is anything else I can help with, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. Sincerely, Tia Wilkinson Customer Service Rep. Perform Better 800-556-7464 ext 161 [email protected]

this review is solely about webpage usability and checkout experience. why have a PayPal option, if it doesn't work.... after 5 tries checked out with cc instead, but bill went up from 298.xx to 337.xx (and yes I cleared history, cookies, etc. after every try)

Similar to other companies, we are experiencing extremely high freight charges that we are hoping will lower over time. If you ever have any questions about the shipping please contact us via email or phone and we will be glad to look into other shipping options to try and save you money. On Monday, November 29th I was ordering over $500 worth of Speed development gear for my Speed Camp this past Saturday. I needed to make sure it would arrive on or before Friday, December 3rd so I jumped on your LIVE chat. I had a lady look over all the items I was ordering to make sure everything was in stock which it was. I then gave her my shipping information to figure out which shipping method I should choose to make sure all the items arrived on or by Friday, December 3rd. She said if I ordered by 3:00pm that all items would arrive in plenty of time which they did NOT arrive till Monday, December 6th past my Speed camp. Very disappointed in this and did my due diligence to make sure everything was in order to arrive on time.
