Using the website was easy. The Hip Circle is good. However charging $9.95 for shipping something that could have been sent in an envelope is beyond!!

Checking out was a little difficult. I missed the teeny-tiny box with the Prop 65 warning, and couldn't figure out why I couldn't submit my order. Otherwise, finding what I needed was fairly easy and filling out the blanks was simple.

My order arrived very quickly. The product is smaller and tighter than I expected.
