We're a web design agency and we've been using Perfmatters across our WordPress builds with Kadence and LiteSpeed hosting. The script manager is the standout. It lets us cut unused JS per page without breaking anything, which is rare for this category of plugin. Our own site holds 0 ms total blocking time and zero layout shift with it running. Lightweight, no bloat, sensible settings out of the box. Easy recommendation for anyone building client sites.

An excellent plugin with a fantastic team behind it! I've used Perfmatters for two different sites and the plugin has drastically improved the performance of both. Additionally, the team behind Perfmatters is fantastic. Any time I have questions they are there to help and typically respond pretty quickly. I'll add that I don't know much about building a site in Wordpress. Even so, the Perfmatters team does an amazing job of guiding me and helping me get to my desired outcome.

Just purchased this plugin like 3 weeks ago. Been using it since then and it does a great job. Given that I had some minor problems I got in touch with Brian and he has been giving me amazing support. He was fast and concise. He even took care of it when he felt it would be easier to do it himself. He also gave me support on a cache plugin pointing me in the right direction to solve the problem by myself, even though this wasn't about Perfmatters. Amazing plugin, but more importantly, a great team behind it. I initially installed this and felt it didnt work the way I expected, so I contacted them for a refund. I got the refund within 24 hours, but the team also kindly offered to talk more with me and understand which feature I felt was missing. Once I explained my need, they clarified that what I was looking for indeed is possible with their plugin, and they kindly helped in setting it up. My desktop scores were already great for my website, but my pagespeed score for mobile improved from 61 to 85, with clear direction on how to improve it further on my end. I really appreciate their professionalism and fantastic support.

The plugin is AWESOME. My Perfmatters account shows that I've been a customer since the day it launched (June 1, 2017). Within just a few months, I made it one of the (very few) plugins that I install on every site I build. Today, I use it on about 100 websites, and the performance improvements are stunning. With Perfmatters, even my 318-product e-commerce website, which uses 33 plugins and the ultra-bloated Divi theme, consistently scores a 99 on Google PageSpeed Insights (and has a snappy UX to match). The people are AWESOME. So, why write a review today after being a fan for 9 years? Well, in 9 years, I never experienced a single issue with Perfmatters—until today. The update to Perfmatters 6.2.0 triggered a fatal error on a number of my sites. So, I submitted a support ticket at 11:33 AM CST. Just 12 MINUTES later (!!!!), I received an explanation, an apology, and a link to download a patched version of the plugin that resolved the problem. It's hard for me to fathom that you can get faster or better support anywhere in the SAAS industry.
