It took two weeks to get my order. They sent me the wrong items. They sent me the vape cartridges without the battery so they’re unusable. I contacted them Saturday morning. They got back to me on Monday and let me know that I need to ship them back to them and then wait for them to ship me the correct product. When I asked if it was gonna take two weeks again like it did so it would be a month since I purchased it and what were they gonna do to make it right for me they were rude and did not care they have terrible customer service don’t use this company also I asked to speak with management gave them my phone number and asked them to call me because I was not satisfied with their mistake and how they were handling it and I was told they do not contact via phone. That everything had to be done through Email and that’s who was handling my case.

I would give them zero stars if it were possible. I ordered from them and after taking my money for over a week with no updates beyond the order confirmation I reached out via email requesting a tracking number. And they cancelled the order. If your order fufillment is over a week behind, you need more staff. If you are out of stock on an item and cannot fufill the order, you need to contact the customer asap.

Awful shipping. Ordered on Jul 1, and products still have not been routed to UPS yet as of Jul 13. Total sham company.

Ordered several times in fairly large quantities since their shipping is not cheap. Received an order of lost Mary two pods 35k. Did not open this set until about 2 weeks after delivery because I was vaping other flavor pods. The pods were defective and would not engage with the battery and kept falling out. E mailed them and showed a pic and offered to send a video although they are familiar with the problem as it’s not rare. They stated that the 72 hour warranty was up so I was not able to receive a new set nor a credit or refund. I explained that I received 14 pods in this order and it was unreasonable to expect me to open up each pod and engage it with the battery within three days. The liquid could then leak everywhere since it was punctured and it might be 5 or more weeks before I was ready for it. They did not stand behind their product. No refund or credit. That will be my last order with them since they do t stand behind their product and customer service rule is ridiculous

absolutely atrocious. i am on day 10 of waiting for my order to be processed. they do not age verify in the checkout process, they waited 4 days to contact me separately with an email. staff seems to be a bit of smarties without being smart. Update same day after sending an assertive email: Your PerfectVape Order Has Been Updated- Out of Stock Refunded. get a load of this guy.

Ughhh. Beautiful buying website, terrible communication. Just an fyi, they’ll send a tracking immediately but doesn’t actually ship until 3 weeks later not counting weekends. It’s a shame, vape wholesale is my new place. Ordered and received in 4 days. Bam. Don’t waste your time.

PerfectVape has terrible website, checkout flow, and customer service. They let me know 4 days after placing my order that they were out of one of the items. But they lack the capabilities to issue a refund, only a store credit for the item and I would have to pay full shipping again just to get that item. They were extremely rude customer service when asking about it and instead of answering my question they just pasted me a clip of their FAQs it appeared. My bank has them marked as fraudulent and the bank blocked their refund of my entire order, PerfectVape is saying they already tried a refund and can't do it again, so it appears I just lost $126.53.

I ordered four vapes,and they never came.they took $90 OUT OF MY ACCOUT and isn't answering any of my calls I WANT A REFUND? (Do not recommend!!!)
