I've used Perfectly Snug for 3 months now, and truthfully I'm afraid to be without it! I've have always been a hot sleeper but this device works fantastically to keep my temp correct. Also, having the unfortunate diagnosis of MS, I have found that high temperatures are very detrimental to my functionality. Perfectly Snug is hugely beneficial!

This is a lifesaver for people who sleep hot like me. I love this and recommend it. I have a sleep number bed that doesn't have the cooling system. I bought the Perfectly Snug Topper and have been sleeping much better ever since. I like that it also has a warming option even though I have not used it yet.

Started using it December 2024 (using for nearly 2 years now), and have had no issues with its functionality. I bought it for my wife and I as she LOVES the cold and i'm the opposite. This has worked really well for us. We've had no blips. I cannot speak to the app as I rely purely on the buttons. I bought it when there weren't many reviews, so considering the price, it was a risk, but if we ever get another bed system, we'll absolutely get it. I should also mention we have a king-size latex mattress. We live in high humidity Texas weather so we optimize our bedding to be light and flowing, but we still needed external fans! it wasn't complete until we got this topper. For my wife in the beginning, she used to always have the cool settings on max, but i think she's adapted and now doesn't have to use it as much. The warm settings get really toasty! Again, highly recommended. I don't typically review, but i wanted to put this review out there for those who were also hesistent to purchase this product. Best of luck
