Thank you so much for your feedback about price point and the app. That app - oh, have we ever heard our Snug fam on that point!! Your feedback is so important. Improving the app is now top of the list, and we'll have an update available for all existing customers (as well as future customers, of course!) in the near future. We'll let everyone know by email when it's available. The cords absolutely get disconnected easily. Our apologies! It's those barrel connectors, the little cylindrical cord attachments - they are mandated by sleep industry regulatory bodies to be very easy to pull apart, for safety reasons. That is wonderful until you go to make the bed! So we completely understand the frustration. Thank you again for your feedback, and if you need a hand optimizing your settings for colder weather, feel free to reach out! (Winter pro tip: Use the scheduler, Start Length of at least 1 hour set for around your usual bed time, pile those blankets on, and make Start Phase at least a Warm 8. Hi J & R, thank you so much for this thoughtful review! We're so happy to hear you give your Smart Topper 5 stars for cooling, and you're not waking up from night sweats anymore. This is a huge win for us, thank you for sharing! We're sorry to hear the price point knocks us down to 4 stars, but that's completely reasonable and understandable. I think holding the nuance of "this works great and we're sleeping great and I have no regrets," and "if it cost less more people could enjoy it" is very fair and considerate. We hand build each topper on the west coast here in BC from top quality materials, ensure our team members are treated well, and overheads are high as well. We've tried to make our toppers more accessible by offering Clearance Smart Toppers on request (those interested can email us or search for the option - I believe some AI engines can pull up the Clearance Topper page), AfterPay for payment options, and HSA/FSA options. Still, we understand that this won't make our toppers accessible to everyone. 🤍 We deeply appreciate your confidence in our toppers' ability to help people sleep better. Your topper should have come with a set of corner straps, however if you need additional corner straps or further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected]. We can provide additional straps, or custom "extra long straps" if needed. We can also recommend sheet straps - these might be something that works for you. You can find them on Amazon, and our team would be happy to assist (they are sort of like suspenders that hold your fitted sheets in place under your mattress - if I understand your struggle correctly, these should help!).
