Hi OffPiste Barb, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful and detailed review—we're thrilled to hear the Smart Topper has transformed sleep for you and your partner! Your story is exactly why we built this product. Couples with different temperature preferences often spend years negotiating comfort—covers on, covers off, thermostats up and down—and it sounds like you'd tried just about everything, including the Euro method with separate comforters. We love that you've now found your perfect setup: he gets his heat and down comforter, you get warm feet and a blissfully cool body, and you both sleep through the night. You mentioned two things that really resonate with us: First, the dual-zone temperature control—it's the feature that makes the Smart Topper such a strong fit for hot/cold couples. Each side is fully independent, so you're never compromising. Second, the footprint. You're right that there's no bulky hub, no water reservoir, and nothing to place beside the bed. Because our system uses active airflow rather than water, there are no hoses, no leaks, and no maintenance—just effective heat transfer through the topper itself. And the foot warming feature is one of those details people don't expect to love as much as they do. Thank you again for such a thoughtful recommendation. We're so glad you found your restful slumber—and that you finally get to use the covers. Warm regards, Chris & the Perfectly Snug team

Hi A. Ham, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review—we're thrilled to hear that the Smart Topper has been a lifesaver for you and your husband! We love that you're able to have completely different temperatures on each side—cool for him, warm then cool for you—and that the foot warming feature has been a game-changer for your cold feet. And no more night sweats? That's exactly what we love to hear. It sounds like you've truly mastered the dual-zone control and programmable schedules to fit both your needs. We really appreciate you sharing your considerations, too. You're right that the off-gassing fades after a couple of nights, and the mesh texture is something most people adjust to quickly (a thicker sheet can help if it's noticeable at first). The fan noise is indeed comparable to a white noise machine, and it's adjustable based on your settings. Your tips about low thread count sheets and deep pockets are spot-on—they really do make a difference. And the weighted blanket tip is great; we'll definitely share that with others. It's also wonderful to hear that you've found your perfect temperature routine and that the seasonal adjustments and weekend schedules are working well for you. The fact that you haven't had a single night sweat since you started is exactly why we do what we do. Thank you again for your recommendation and for being part of the Perfectly Snug family. If you ever have questions or want to explore more features, please don't hesitate to reach out. - Chris & The Perfectly Snug team

Hi David, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review—we're glad the wait was worth it, and we appreciate your patience during that delivery backlog. We love that setup was simple and that you've found your overnight settings easy to manage. Your noise comparison made us smile—quieter than an AC at full blast, and about like a steam radiator at normal levels is a fair and accurate way to put it. You're right about the dual-zone tradeoff. Each side is fully independent, which is what makes it work so well for couples with different temperature preferences—but it does mean there's no "meeting in the middle." We're glad it was easy to adjust to. And yes—HSA/FSA eligibility is something we're proud to offer. Good sleep is a health investment, and it should be treated like one. Thank you for the recommendation. We're grateful you're part of the Perfectly Snug family. Warm regards, Chris & the Perfectly Snug team
