Representative told me that the Non-…
Representative told me that the Non- multifocal contacts were same as Multifocal so wrong contacts were ordered. Found out from eye Dr that was incorrect, I called after order and before shipped. I was told I could not do Return To Sender as I would need tracking number if I wanted a refund. Took to post office and they said to do RTS, I told them Perfect Lens World said I couldn't because I had to have tracking #. Also Representative at PLW told me I had to use different address that what it wS sent from. The only thing different was the company name. Long and short of it, I was given false info. from beginning of ordering and then had to Pau $43.00 to return to Canada and my refund is $104. So I'm only getting 1/2 my refund back. Poor customer service from Reps. who gave me bad info...I will NEVER uses this service/company again. Received better service and deal from1-800-Contacts!

Longer delievery than it was expected
It said delivery was gonna take about a week but it took more than 2 weeks and I didn’t have my contacts for when I needed it.

Since it wasn't the first time it happened, we noticed a pattern where the packages (although late) gets delivered eventually. We try our best to make sure all our customers receive their orders. Ordered 3 weeks ago. Still no contacts.
I ordered my contacts in March 2.. it is March 30. They have still not arrived and I have had very little assistance on ensuring they arrive soon. I am very dissatisfied, angry and dissatisfied with my experience.
