US Postal at Fault!
Love their services! Quality of contact lens are always perfect, great condition, packaging always in great quality. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that it ships from Canada into the U.S., at the California transit. I have always purchased from PerfectLensWorld but this last time I didn’t receive my order because it was stuck in California transit. PerfectLensWorld was wonderful and prompted to checking the status on my order and then later on refunding me. I received the refund quite quickly too. I did file a claim to the US Postal and that is pending at this time. I most likely will order from PerfectLensWorld again because I loved their services. Just expect US Postal services to fall behind when ordering.

They delivered a damaged product
They delivered a damaged product, and when shared pictures they only gave a discount for 1 case of lens…never going to buy it again…

Hi Cedric. upon checking our records, the initial pictures provided does not show any leakage, ripped or damaged products. The second one shows a rather one empty blister in which we have then provided you a refund for a pair of lenses to make up for the 1 supposedly missing contact lens since different PWRs per eyes were required for the prescription. we think this is the best solution we can offer given the situation. we hope you understand. thank you for taking the time sharing your feedback. have a great day.

Please know that although we try our best to process orders quickly, your order was shipped out the next day after placing it, unfortunately, as soon as it leaves our end, we no longer have control over how fast the delivery will take. In general, it takes 5-7 business days to arrive however, there are instances that Customs take longer to release a shipment due to backlogs, more shipments than usual at the border. For this, we cannot guarantee how fast they will take to handle our shipment containing your order. rest assured we are looking into improving our delivery services and we are constantly working with the couriers regarding these issues.
