Selling unusable lenses, don't waste your time

Ordered a pair of regular lenses. Received an email offering discounts for short expiry lenses. One was unusable, a 6-month supply that expired in 3 months. Declined offer on that lens and they cancelled the box all together without an explanation. Invoice says I paid $52.50 but only refunded $47.40. At the same time, I accepted the discount for the other lens. Then received an email retracting the discount because it was a "typo." Received lens for only one eye and afterwards told the other lens was out of stock. (Still showing it's available on the website.) No communication to my inquiry--only silence--until their response to this negative review. Don't waste your time here!

Hi SS thanks for sharing us your experience. We are sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied from your recent order. As we promised 1-2 processing days for all our customers, we went ahead with the deduct of the short expiry item when you declined the offer so we can send your order as soon as possible for you. We would normally offer a longer expiry if it's available. However, unfortunately, at that moment and until now, we still do not have a regular or longer expiry ones for the specific item. The reason it's still available on the website is because we indeed still have few of these products left in stock that some customers are willing to buy because they really need the lenses to wear asap. Since the order was placed during the promotional period, the discount was applied to all of the items in your order, that means, the refund will also be discounted. (not the full price). We apologize for the miscommunication and confusion. Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback ave a great day.
