Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. I ordered from them because I just moved back to the US and had only a digital foreign prescription and this was the only service I could find that sold without a prescription. The package came soon and in the sense it was fine. However when I started using the lenses the first unit I tried was bad. It hurt my eye, I couldn’t see well and it gave me a headache. I was afraid that the lenses were counterfeit, so I contacted their customer service. They started asking me for my prescription which I provided and started telling me that I needed astigmatism lenses instead of myopia, which I knew wasn’t true. Still I went to an appointment with my doctor since I needed to go anyways and she confirmed the prescription and that I needed the normal biofinity lenses for myopia. Unfortunately the customer service had been gaslighting me and questioning my own knowledge about my own condition and prescription which I have know had for more than 5 years. They could’ve just explained to me as they later did that their lenses are original and that sometimes some units have malfunctions. However their customer service makes me unable to recommend this or to use it again. Sadly since I was excited for the easiness of the process. Guess it was too good to be true. And if you do have a prescription I would just recommend going to cvs, I actually ended up being more on this site.
