The order process has always been easy ( I have ordered from them for several years, the order is for t-shirts for our Kids Camp attendees. Everyone is pleasant, questions are answered immediately. The order is delivered in a very timely fashion. This is why I keep coming back, along with agreement from those in my organization. The product (t-shirts) are top quality, no problems at all.
