Would never order from this company they never told me my barstools were on back order and I was moving to new state and needed them for our new home. Waiting 6 weeks for them to say they were discontinued and won’t get them still waiting on a refund!!! Don’t use this company, bad reply time also. I sent several messages and no reply till telling me I won’t get them

Like most retail businesses, we did have problems with inventory and availability during the 3 month closing of most of our manufacturers. Some manufacturers are just not receiving their products from China and this has caused the discontinuance of some low demand products, yours included. We try our best to make sure that all orders go out quickly and efficiently and I can only respond with information I may or not receive. Your refund has been sent for processing.

I ordered/paid for the Pulaski martini bar on May 15, 2020 and at this writing (5/29) I have not received any update re: the status of the purchase despite phone/email requests for a response from vendor. WHAT'S UP??

I called Perfect Home Bar before I ordered our Felix bar cart and talked to them about what I was using the cart for to make sure it would work. There was a delay in stocking and they updated me and stayed connected until the cart was delivered. They also matched the price of the bar cart with a competitor. I appreciated the live assistance and I love the bar cart.
