I am an Internet pioneer, old and smart, and have managed over 2000 domain names in my career. I have never used this kind of broker before, and I have been surprised and delighted at PD's competency and kindness. I recommend PD and Darryl Lopes in particular to any serious cloud entrepreneur and engineer.

Today, I became the owner of a domain for my startup, which I purchased through PerfectDomain. The experience was productive from start to finish. Since the domain's initial price fell within the five-figure range, I wanted to ensure that PerfectDomain was a legitimate company. After several hours of online research and exchanging more than 10 emails, I finally reached a level of trust that I was comfortable with. Claudia M., the domain broker assigned to me, was pleasant to work with and helpful in negotiating a price that ultimately suited everyone. The entire process took just under two weeks, and throughout it all, Claudia and the PerfectDomain system moderator were responsive. I opted to pay via wire transfer from Europe, which turned out to take around four business days — two days to transfer from the EU to the U.S. and another two days for the funds to clear within the U.S. In the future, for faster transactions, I might consider using PayPal or a similar payment method, even though those options come with extra handling fees. However, the wire transfer also worked fine; just keep in mind the possible delays. Overall, I’m satisfied with PerfectDomain’s service and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again if/once I need another domain.

Total SCAM. Within minutes of my credit card being processed this company relentlessly ran my card over and over with fraudulent charges. Four days later and they tried running my card 16 times just yesterday. Do not buy from this company until they better secure the way they do business.
