As a domain name trader, I've had experience with various online domain marketplaces and auctions. A few things set PerfectDomain.com above the competition, in my view. First and foremost, the superb level of personalized support. With the more "corporate" domain marketplaces out there, you expect to wait many hours -- or even several days(!) -- for a customer service agent to deal with your query. Moreover, at the highly "corporate" sites, don't expect to deal with the same customer service agent from one day to the next. PerfectDomain couldn't be more different. My issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. The customer support goes "above and beyond", in my opinion. What a refreshing change! Second, the site itself is exceptionally easy to navigate. Compared to rival sites, the PerfectDomain interface is not only rather attractive, but also notably "clean" looking -- i.e. without the unnecessary clutter one sees at some other online marketplaces. Finally, I'd just like to highlight the very low (by industry standards) commission rates on sales. As far as I know, there are very few -- if any -- other domain trading websites that levy such a low commission on sales. In sum, I recommend that anyone in the market to buy or sell a great domain name give PerfectDomain.com a try. What have you got to lose? I honestly believe you'll be delighted at the array of small (but significant!) differences from the industry "norm".
