This companies customer service is horrible! I recently purchased a Sound 9.5 kayak from them and noticed a crack in the kayak before even using it. I reached out to their CS department and was greeted on the phone by a rude lady that kept telling me I had to go online and start a warranty claim. I did that two weeks ago and it said someone would contact me in three to five business days. It has now been twelve business days with no contact. Can't believe this is how they treat their customers. I guess once you start monopolizing the kayak market, you don't care about your customers anymore. I now know to stay away from this company. Glad I found this out before purchasing kayaks for my rental business from this company.

I purchased a Perception Pescador 120 pro kayak a couple of years back. The seat did not hold up on this 1000.00 paddle kayak. I didn't think anything of it until I tried to purchase a new one. They still sell this same kayak with the same seat but to my suprise when I spoke directly to the company, they told be they don't stock the seat on older models. They suggested I try topkayaker.com which is a reseller out of NH. I was going to order the seat at 133$ dollars but he wanted another 70$ in shipping. This seat isn't worth 200$. Now I have a 1000$ kayak with no seat and no options.
