Well run company, good web interface. My low review is directed at their underwriting for risk. Of course, private lending carries way more risk, hence the outsized yields. But in my situation, I currently have five positions in five completely different placements, and all five are in default. I ( incorrectly) figured that spreading my investment among different entities would mitigate some risk, but the fact that 100% of my positions are underwater makes me think that the underwriting guidelines must be way too loose.

I've been investing with Percent.com since 2022. I have made money on each investment. I like they are short term (9-12 months) so you can see the payout right away. I've moved money from another alt investment firm to this one because the payouts are better. This company has the simplest tax forms. I get 1 form for all of the investments. Another company sent out 2 forms per investment, so I ended up with 6-8 forms a year. All investments have risks but I plan on investing more when I can.

I have been investing with percent for almost 2 years now. They have been great to work with, and always responsive to my husband and I's questions and needs. They offer a wide variety of investments and interest rates to choose from. I love the options they provide to me to diversify my investments. There is risk in all the deals and you need to go into this knowing that. I have only had issues with one deal that has been in work-out mode but they provide great communication on where the deal is at and how the remediations are being handled. Anthony contacts us when there is a rollover or a deal that he thinks might align with our interests.

I've used a couple of similar platforms, including Willow Wealth/Yieldstreet, and what I particularly like about Percent is the data room that allows me to evaluate the risk of given investments, as well as the generally short term nature of many of the investments on the platform (note: I do generally stay away from the corporate loan side of the investments, which have been problematic). With Willow Wealth/Yieldstreet there is so little transparency + long durations, and limited due diligence, especially as it relates to failures/defaults.

I've been investing in loans through Percent for 9 months and have only had good experiences. My Percent investment advisor Anthony has been very responsive and helpful in choosing between the various options. I appreciate the thorough analysis on each loan opportunity.

I have tried many private credit platforms for retail investors and this one is by far the best. Very transparent, strong deal flow, cost efficient and low default ratio. Very much recommended

Great experience with the team overall. Website is well organized; makes it easy to search for investment opportunities that align with your interest. Removed one star for a deal advertized 2 years ago, where the borrower defaulted ~1 month after the deal closed. To me, this means something was missed at the due diligence stage. I do want to highlight the team's professionalism since then, as well as clarity on the future direction of the company.
