Regarding the leaking and inconsistent serum flow, please try holding the device upside down and pressing the center pin of the needle head repeatedly onto a clean paper towel until the serum begins to flow normally. You can also slightly loosen the lid to improve airflow without causing leakage. If the leaking continues, please send us a clear photo or short video to [email protected] for showing the device and where the leakage is occurring so we can review it further.

For the serum dispensing issue, try loosening the needle head slightly, then hold the device upside down and press it repeatedly against a clean paper towel.
