Buyer beware this peptonix product doesn't work. Don't waste your money! I also found the no questions asked guarantee is misleading. They want to see before and after phots month by month. Offering 50% refunds. Update after some considerable effort I managed to get a full refund for the product. Update this is the threat I received for posting an honest review. To clarify, we do not refuse refunds when before-and-after photos are submitted. Additionally, we do not contest customer results. In this case, the photos were not provided by you, which is the only reason we offered a partial (50%) refund as a gesture of goodwill. When the product doesn’t work and you request to use their money back guarantee, they will just ignore you. Disgusting. Just to add that when you do order the product and after 90 days realise it hasn’t done anything beneficial, make sure not to use all of your 90 days supply before telling them it hasn’t helped. What you’re supposed to do is to make a note of its delivery day, and request to use their money back guarantee before 90 days have passed from the delivery date, regardless of whether you’ve used up your 90 days supply or not. I assumed that I order 90 days supply and when I’ve used it up and it hasn’t done a thing, I then let them know and request the refund they promise you. Nah. They probably think they’re ever so clever doing this to people so that their guarantee is meaningless. They’re probably having a good old giggle at all the people they’re ripping off.

This is not an easy 90-day money back guarantee. Make sure you read the small prints and take a picture of your hair before you use the product. It didn’t work for me and refund is a nightmare.

Until then no edit will appear on here.. You have been emailed several times, check your recent customer emails!!! Still no reply of today 7th November 25. 8th November finally received the refund, thank you. However it took an email explaining that a negative report on here had been made, Peptonix asked me to remove it and then they would send the refund, I refused and told them I would not adjust this review until refund received. I feel that this manipulation by them is not acceptable and bad customer service. However refund has now been given but it was stressful getting it from them. So in light of this this the review will still remain 1 star and I would certainly not recommend the product or their support. Very very disappointing!
