No product after 21 days since my order where is it the product?

I haven’t even received the product and will not use this company ever again and will post on as many social media sites as possible about their shipping. After reading numerous comments on this site, I see that I am not the only one who has experienced these issues. Update 05/28/26-NEVER do business with this company. I have been promised a refund and after checking with my bank, there is no record of any pending refund from this company. Also Jessica of this company continually refused to do as I asked and cancel my subscription. She continually offered me a percentage off of my future purchase instead of canceling my subscription. It took me threatening to contact the US Attorney General's offfice to get them to cancel my subscription. This company is not trust worthy in any way, shape or form. Now I guess I will be contacting the US Attorney General's office to get assistance with getting my promised refund which I have yet to see.

It’s been two weeks I ordered 3 bottles supply but didn’t not received yet. Still showing in transit and usps tracking number they provided is wrong. Not Happy with their customer service even not showing where it is in transit. Worst customer service.

Doesn't work, I have used peptonix for over 3 months and zero results. My normal hair has got less dense. Refund was given automatically through PayPal. After researching copper peptides it seems it has only been tested on aminals and no real result on humans. Im hoping my hair will grow back after stopping using this product!

Order was placed by accident and I cancelled the order within 1 hour, Peptonix confirmed cancellation window was 12 hours but they did not respond till after this period and offered 25% off, I do not wish to have a reduced price as I have cancelled within their policy period.. still in emails back and forth.

Firstly, the product didn't produce any noticable results whatsoever for me. The bigger issue is the way that orders are managed. Like many others, I unwittingly signed up to a subscription due to the cunning 'opt-out' nature of the ordering portal. Upon reciving a second shipment, I contacted the company and was told that the ongoing subscription had been cancelled. You can guess the rest. I now have another shipment on the way, have been billed for it - again - which the company say is not an error as the subscription is active and valid, as well as telling me in the same email that the subscription has been cancelled - again. When I contacted them to query this paradoxical siutuation they again offered to cancel the subscription. I'm waiting for the shipment to arrive, and for return instructions, as well as for sufficient time to elapse to contact my card provider to pursue a chargeback process and to look to have a block placed on my account so that I can't receive any more charges from this company. Avoid. Just avoid. If your hair was falling out before using Peptonix, it'll be falling out in double time afterwards.

This is an honest review about my experience with the Peptonix Hair Regrowth Serum which I started using in December 2025. Firstly the serum is extremely diluted and runs all over your head making it virtually impossible to keep it in place as it generally runs into your own hair where you don't want it to be as its so diluted and the second order I received was even more diluted than the first with the consistency of putting water on your head. Secondly after nearly three months I noticed the serum was stripping my own hair away literally my own hair was vanishing which was extremely concerning as I don't have much hair anyway so I discontinued use straight away and spoke to someone called Anna who I had been talking to for a while to tell her about what was happening. By this time I had spent over £350 on the Peptonix Hair Regrowth Serum and the Microneedling Kit without any noticeable results and after speaking to Anna about a refund she has become more and more distant and basically stopped replying to my emails from March 30th onwards as I have sent five emails to her in the last ten days and not one of them has been replied to. Here's what Anna said to me on March 30th which was ten days ago and the last time I heard from her. Dear Spencer, Thank you for reaching out to us! We hope you are doing great. I truly understand your frustration, and I’m really sorry for your experience I hear what you’re saying. Just to clarify transparently, our 90-day guarantee applies to one order, which is why we’re limited in how much we can refund. This policy is in place to keep things fair and prevent misuse, but I completely understand how this feels in your situation. That said, we want to support you as much as we can and we’ve arranged the £96 refund for you as discussed. We genuinely appreciate that you gave the product a fair try, and I’m sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. If there’s anything further I can assist you with, please let me know. Warm regards, Anna | Team Peptonix Now I have tried to clarify with Anna if the £96 has been refunded back to my card or is in the process of being refunded and I have had absolutely no response whatsoever to the last five emails I sent to her(this is from someone who was extremely active in replying to my previous emails before this happened)please also note that she talks about wanting to support me as much as they can and that they have arranged the £96 refund as discussed so my question is where is it Anna and why are you not replying to my emails. Please also note that a lot of people have had real trouble receiving refunds back from this company(I actually read one review where Peptonix threatened to go legal on them)and this is a pattern with Peptonix in making it as hard as possible for buyers to receive refunds back from this company. All in all my experience with Peptonix has not been positive and I wouldn't recommend them or their product especially as it has stripped my own hair away and I want to make potential customers aware that using this product could do the same to them as it has done to me. Please also be aware as others have mentioned that you might not get the promised refund back or if you do you will have to constantly email them until you do so or give up trying as it is plainly obvious that this company do not like giving refunds back and are constantly making it extremely difficult and hard for you to do so which is very unprofessional and not what you would expect from a company such as Peptonix. My final thought on my experience of Peptonix is to be very wary about the potential for this product to strip your own hair away and be extremely cautious in requesting a refund as they will make it extremely difficult for you to get one(just read the negative reviews about them on here)and also the fact that the product itself is extremely diluted making wastage a real possibility(they also try to convince you that the product works by bombarding you with emails)but in my opinion it doesn't work and its a very expensive product that hasn't made things better its made things a lot worse.

Ordered on March 21 as of March 27 tracking shows that international shipment release was today. Are you telling me they ship individual orders from China? I doubt it. What a joke.
