Llevo usando 3 meses el producto , no he visto grandes cambios ni significativos , he notado últimamente que he perdido menos cabello , y le estoy dando el beneficio de que talvez funcione tengo buenas expectativas, pienso que no va hacer de un dia para otro que se verán resultados asi que lo usaré otros 3 meses si en 6 meses no puedo notar cambios pues lo dejaré. Algo que me llamo la atención fue que 2 de los envases de aplicación tuvieron defecto, el producto se derramada al estar aplicando en comparación del resto. Animo

Originally had an issue with only receiving part of my order which Amy in customer service has now agreed to have delivered to me. Once received, and once I start using the product, depending on how well it works, I will update this review accordingly.

I recently put an order in for a 3 month supply of peptonix that I thought was for women, not just men. I decided to cancel the order. In their policy agreement, you have to cancel within a1 2 hour period. I sent them 3 emails within 4 hours after putting in the order. I later that night, I received an email from them stating the order was already processed. I let them know they could have stopped that order from going out and that according to their policy to cancel, I had my request to cancel in long before they contacted me. This was their mistake not mine. They came back with a 15% refund and keep the product. I declined. They came back with a second offer of 35% refund and keep the product. I declined. I asked for a $49 refund and keep the order or else to let me send back the order for a full refund, unused and unopened. I have mot heard back from them as of yet. I feel that companies push their products out the door too fast that you don’t have time to cancel them and so that the customer feels trapped and forced to keep it or they get penalized for shipping and feeling forced to keep a product they are not going to use. Though they did offer a slight partial refund and to keep their product, what am I supposed to do with something I don’t want or not going to use? After talking with customer service rep Alex, we came to an understanding that satisfied both parties. I give Peptonix a 4 star rating for their service.

I initially had some issues with the delivery. Contacting Anna, who works at Peptonix, helped me resolve them easily. Now I just have to wait a few more days and everything will be sorted out. Thank you for your help, Anna.

Product slow to arrive and I have been using for 3 months. Not sure if it’s helping yet but it’s not getting any worse.

I had an issue with my order and the customer services from Peptonix promptly responded and solved the issue. Now I am waiting to receive the product.

Update: I did get my refund and a free bottle to try. I will send another review once I try the product. Placed an order on August 28, 2025 It is now September 17, 2025 and still haven't received it. When I look up the tracking it says it's out for delivery in my city and state since September 5, 2025. I contacted the company by email Sept. 10 and they said for me to contact my local post office. They have NO clue. Sent out email today wanting a refund. Will find out if I get that. Would NOT recommend.

This is my 1 1/2 month review. As of this point I have not see any difference. I followed directions as per instructions. I know some of the reviews claim results after few months. So I will keep this updated and hopefully next month and a half will see good results. Stay tuned
