Product made my skin itch and burn BADLY. So badly I had trouble sleeping and had to put hydrocortisone on my head to be able to sleep. Itched and burned for five days. Contacted the company about the product and they just said stop using it, Like I was an idiot, no offer for a refund, no insights about why the itching/burning, or how to use the product and mitigate the side effects. As for hair growth, no. In fact I think i actually LOST hair using this snake oil garbage. Took months and a bad review on trust pilot for someone to listen and give a refund, instead of the advertised refund policy. Now that they have given a refund they are asking for me to take my review down, not a chance. This must be why there is few bad reviews of this product and its non- efficacy.

My experience has not been good at all. Ordered product on July 10th and still haven’t received product. It takes them almost 2 days to reply to an email. I hope the product works better than customer service.

Product does not work at all, wastage of time and money. As they stated, keep photo of day 1 to now. I had all photos but there is no changes at all.. I don't think they are offering their 90days money back guarantee

I have been experiencing quite a bit of hair loss and saw this advertised. Was a considered purchase as quite a lot of money. Arrived squashed and leaking. No response from customer services not even to say they have received my email. PEP125480

Hi, We're so sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially after making such a considered purchase. While it's very rare, packages can occasionally be damaged during transit by USPS. We've gone ahead and resent your order at no additional cost, and as a small apology for the inconvenience, we've also included a complimentary bottle of our Peptide Serum. We truly appreciate your patience. If there's anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to let us know.

Awful customer service. I have had no delivery of my order. I have sent numerous emails to get the matter resolved and have had no response... I am now asking my bank to reverse the charge for my purchase back to my card. Charlatans! Do not buy anything from them! ---- Response to reply: No. In fact if you look at ALL my communication with you'll see that I am STILL waiting for delivery. Order placed 4 June. Still no delivery 19 July.
Response from PeptonixJul 18, 2026
