I used the serum regularly for six…
I used the serum regularly for six months plus. Initially, I saw positive effects, unfortunately the longer I used it; the more results halted and the condition of my hair worsened. I believe that may be down to a specific problem that the serum can't address. In fact, a sensitivity to topicals and hair multivitamins may indeed, for me, worsen quality of hair and density. Nevertheless, the customer service team were excellent, namely Anna and Jessica. I cancelled my subscription recently and Jessica kindly offered a refund on the last order I placed.

Support was on top of everything
After using this product for 3 months, I didn't notice any hair regrowth. I contacted their support team and requested a refund. They requested before and after photos. When I sent the photos, they refunded my purchase with no hassle. Jessica, the support specialist, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unfortunately, this product didn't work for me, but I hope it does for you! Rasheed I

I was skeptical
I was skeptical, even when the new baby white hairs emerged. I was expecting them to die off but they kept growing and i had to get a hair cut instead. Its been a few months and i will buy more shampoo and peptides

So far the product is great and seems…
So far the product is great and seems to be working, but I went to order Serem bottles only but only could find the same 3 month kit again that includes more needle heads than refillable bottles. I’ve been cleaning the needle heads properly and using each 3 times, but without being able to just buy the Serem, there is no need to reuse the needle heads. I was just trying to cut down waste and save money.

Outstanding customer service
The company is very transparent about its products. Right after I made my purchase, I received an email that clearly explained how the treatment works and also mentioned that there is a chance it may not work for everyone, which is why they offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, the treatment didn’t work for me, but my experience with their customer service was one of the best I’ve ever had. As soon as I submitted my before-and-after photos, they processed my refund without any arguments, unnecessary questions, or attempts to blame me. Even though the product wasn’t effective in my case, I highly recommend this company because they stand behind their guarantee and provide outstanding customer service.

Results matter
Results matter. So, I'm not the most patient person but I will tell you this,the Product Works!! Within 2 weeks I saw baby hair and now I'm on my 2nd month and there's SIGNIFICANT GROWTH!! Looking forward to the next 3-6 months. I haven't had this much hair growth on my Bald Spot in 15 years!! I've tried a lot of other Treatments but this one's a WINNER!! Thanx..
