Hey Luis, You sent us an email a few hours ago and I have gotten back to you. I have successfully cancelled and refunded your order. When you placed your first order with us, you signed up for a subscription in order to receive a discount. All subscription terms, including the billing frequency, were clearly presented at checkout, and reminder emails were sent before your renewal payment was processed.
