I signed up for a 7 day trial but got charged for 8 weeks!
I signed up for a 7 day trial with no agreement to carry on after that. At the end of the 7 days I was charged for an 8 week membership. I did not sign up for this. I contacted the company who said the ongoing membership was part of the terms of sale on the 7 day trial and they won’t refund my money because I have access to the content I didn’t want and didn’t sign up for. This feels a lot like a scam! Edit- the agreement to carry on is buried in the checkout process and the help@peptide…. did not provide me with wording or location of agreement. Buyer beware- it’s is not just a 7 day trial you are signing up for. I caught this on the day it rolled over and they will not refund my money. This is a scam!
