I ordered leather cleaner from this “company “ on June 12. It will be September in 6 days!!! I informed Jake, Guest Relations, that if my refund isn’t in my account by September 7th my attorney will be involved and I am totally serious. I have sent numerous emails and texts. I never received the product and I will not sit back and watch these parasites keep my money. Jake said that they are waiting for a response from “upper management”... he then had the balls to wish me a pleasant day. Jane Dornsife

Do not buy from this company!! If I could give them 0 stars I would of. Products take months to arrive. They do not work as advertised. I bought the drain cleaner and it did absolutely nothing. When you contact them they treat you like your stupid and when you ask for your money back they ignore you! Completely unprofessional and selling products they are falsely advertised.

i have ordered and paid full amount online ,....got an order no. when tried to track order after so many days in their tracking site ,it said that the order no.is not valid.....what the hell it is and where is my order ...i need my refund also.

Ordered some foam cleaning solution and it literally was just crystallized salts that did not work. No foam, no nothing and believe me I used as directed. I've contacted customer service and they can care less. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered the toilet cleaner and have not received or heard from this company. Stupid me, I should of checked the website before ordering. Well I learn my lesson

don't buy from this site, it's a scam and you'll more likely to lose your money on garbage material. I bought the titan shoes and it was absolutely the opposite of what the ad shows. I also tried to write a review but it didn't show up.

I brought something over 2 months ago and I have still not received anything!! Poor customer service! No one reply’s to my emails!!

The worst online experience I ever had. After placing order was waiting for two weeks for it to be shipped out no notifications whatsoever if it was shipped out or not , after sending request by e-mail for update on my order and what’s reason for delay, all I got “don’t worry it will be shipped out soon”. After two weeks of waiting got e-mail that my item finally shipped out and tracking number linked to delivery company app or website problem is it’s in French. I can’t even switch to English because all menus and everything is in French. Still waiting for my item and already one month went by. Wouldn’t recommend to shop at this store. 100% unsatisfied with service. Would recommend to avoid this online store.
