Terrible customer service. They sent 10% of our order (5 of 50 PC's) then offered us a 30% refund.

I ordered a wire twisting vise. When I reviewed the order they charge me a $3.60 tip!! I emailed them but I am calling PayPal to cancel the order!!!! THE NERVE!!!!!!!!

Two months waiting for a weed remover....They respond to emails but expect no goods or refunds. At least facebook is making money out of them...

6 months ago i ordered casting mound set and i still have nothing. When i enquiry, the same crap every time with “we will remind our refunds department” but 6 months is now enough. i’m going through an international fraud claim against this company and will launch a global awareness campaign to stay away. They ripped off the wrong customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THRM

I ordered a weed remover from this company. I ordered it in the beginning of May...they have taken the $ from the credit card company and I have not received it. Now that I've read all of the reviews here I do not expect to receive the item I ordered. I would say do not order anything advertised on FB. This is the 3rd item from different companies I've ordered after seeing it on FB that was a SCAM!

the shipment came with a very long delay of several months, the goods arrived not as described, you will not receive a refund!
