Fake business? Lack of Communication
Think twice before making an order with this company!!!!! Made an order on the 1st May and the order still has not arrived. When i finally for a response from the company after weeks of asking they told me it will be on the way when clearly it wasnt, no tracking code, no specifics, no apologies...over last 3 weeks i've messaged multiple times with no contact back so i assume they have simply taken my money. if anyone from the company read this, please get in touch asap.

We are aware that we are late, very late in your shipment, but we are processing all orders. I don’t want to write the apology book, just the truth. Our organization is small, as are our producers. Unfortunately or fortunately we received many orders, more than the Christmas period, and they put us in difficulty. This is because the production of our partners is not industrial but artisanal, then even the suppliers of the packaging material have sent us products that do not conform and everything has slowed down. We have always responded to your messages, emails, Whatsapp etc, We have always stayed in touch with you! Today make this review when you know that your shipment has started and you also have a tracking number. We consider your review a bit controversial and defamatory.
