Do not order from Peora Jewelry
We ordered earrings from Peora five weeks before Valentine’s Day via Amazon. We kept checking on the status and when it was four weeks, two weeks, then one week before Valentine’s Day and the earrings still had not shipped I called Amazon. Though the sale stipulated the earrings were “Fulfilled by Amazon” Amazon blamed Peora and Peora doesn’t respond. Bottom line we ordered early but now Amazon and Peora have kept us from getting a Valentine to a sweet girl. Shame on both companies.

Horrible customer service I ordered a…
Horrible customer service I ordered a size 7 ring received a size 5 was told to send it back for a exchange paid $40 for express shipping hoping to get it back before my girlfriend's birthday waited 5 days for a response when the ring was shipped overnight I contact the seller and they tell me they haven't received it I send them the tracking number showing it was delivered days ago they magical find it I was told it the new ring would be expedited...next day they cancel the order and refund me my money because they stated there was no exchange instructions when it was clearly written on the envelope and stated in our first email I'm told to reorder and lo and behold they don't have any of size 7s for another 2-3 weeks now.. clearly they didn't have the size I needed which is fine but the fact that I got the run around and was basically lied to and the $70 in express shipping to and from Peora I used to make this happen I will definitely never be buying anything from Peora again and ensure anyone that even thinks about ordering something knows how Peora does business

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, lies and half truths in their advertising, and poor craftsmanship make this an easy review. Honestly, don't buy from this company.

Purchased a ring from them which they advertised as lab created emerald only to discover that it is a piece of glass.
