PeopleKeepPeopleKeep by Remodel Health is redefining how small businesses care for their teams. For too long, small employers have been locked out of the health benefits space by one-size-fits-all group plans that are too expensive, too rigid, and too complex to manage. Through health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) like the QSEHRA and ICHRA, we empower small businesses to move away from group insurance toward a model of personalized benefits. Instead of choosing a single plan for everyone, you provide your team with tax-free money to spend on the coverage they actually want. It’s as seamless as payroll, but far more impactful. The company defines a monthly tax-free allowance that fits its bottom line, and employees select individual health insurance plans that fit their unique family needs.

I signed up with them in 2022 and they charged me for 2021. They auto-renewed me for 2023 and refuse to refund the charge even though I haven't used them since March of 2022. Customer service is terrible. You can't even schedule a call for a month. Their website won't even let you get to your profile, it just keeps logging you out. Avoid them at all costs.

I would not recomment them at all. I signed up and have not been able to get in touch with customer support for weeks. Their chat is not functional and their actual live person is not available for weeks. I set up an appointment and they cancelled the support meeting twice! There is no support at all.

There is ZERO customer service, you can't get a person on the phone and the 'schedule a call' is not available for more than 3 business days. I'm currently looking for another provider unless they can fix this issue. It seems other have been having this same experience.

There is no customer service from PeopleKeep. Their software is not accurate in tracking reimbursements. If you find an error, then they require you to schedule an appointment, which ends up been weeks out.

If you look, there is only one recent review, and that review rates PeopleKeep as terrible. That is also my experience. Customer service--there really isn't any. There is absolutely no way to talk to anyone! The "chat" is NOT LIVE. You key in your question and then wait days to receive an email response. OR there is no response at all. Arrgh. PeopleKeep was recommended to me as it is less costly than "the other company." Do your employees a favor and spend the dollars to get a company that delivers the service.

After offering our employees a product through Zane/PeopleKeep for years, I would never recommend them. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with & their response time to requests is zero. No dedicated rep. They have left our company hanging without support. It is sad and upsetting to see this happen. At one time they were a decent company.

DON'T use them!!! Never able to reach them by phone when you need to speak with them. I had to schedule a call back and it is 10 days out!

Every time I have to use this benefit it's like pulling f***ing teeth. Treatment plans and receipts for payment are never enough for these people. You have to pay huge upfront costs and wait for reimbursement if they deem you worthy of "approval". This service is bulls**t
