What a disgusting, racist company. On Martin Luther King (MLK) Jr. Day, a spice company sent out an email calling all Republicans "racist" who largely hope to one day "shoot a Black person." Penzeys Spices, a Wisconsin-based company, issued an email promotion Jan. 14 dubbing the MLK holiday weekend, "Republicans are racist weekend."

I usually liked Penzeys though always felt they were overpriced and a bit pretentious (pico fruta). Just discovered the remnants of a worm in one jar (bouquet garni). Makes me wonder if their quality control is gone. I contacted them but so far no answer. Sad to see them go this far diwnhill.

To all my fellow Republican Americans - Boycott Penzey Spices and their CEO - Bill Penzey Jr. He made some serious allegations about Republicans and renamed the extended Martin Luther King, Jr. Day weekend to be "Republicans are racist - weekend in a recent newsletter to customers, wherein he said his aim was to anger Republicans in honor of the late civil rights icon. Screw him, stick your Spices up your Butt, which you probably do everyday.

I, like thousands of other commonsense Americans, are very disappointed in the schoolboy bully approach of Penzey. I find it unbelievable that he would alienate 75% of Americans with his hate rhetoric. Unfortunately, I ordered spices before finding out about the attitude that came with them. I will dump them in the trash where they belong. I hope the rats enjoy them.
