I’ve had the most wonderful experience working with Pens & Pages. I provided the script and its staff helped me throughout the publishing process. They made everything so much easier for me than what a neighbor had gone through with a different publishing company. Pens & Pages completed the entire publishing procedure in a considerably short timeframe as promised, and always kept me updated. I am truly grateful for the consistent communications and responses by phone as well as email. I highly, highly recommend other authors to contact and work with Pens & Pages’ very kind staff for their excellent professional publishing support. To the entire Pens & Pages team, thank you so much for making my publishing process so smooth and stress-free.

⸻ ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star I invested $2,199 in the Platinum Publishing Package from Pens & Pages because I believed the company would deliver the professional publishing and marketing services they advertised. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The package promised publication on multiple platforms, an author interview, social media marketing, reviews, shout-outs and mentions, an author dashboard, and other promotional services. While my book was published, many of the marketing services I paid for were never provided. To date, I have never received an author dashboard, an author interview, reviews, shout-outs, mentions, or the marketing support that was included in my package. What has made the experience even more frustrating is the lack of continuity. During this process, I have worked with five different representatives, each of whom eventually left the company. Every time someone new took over, I had to explain my situation all over again. There was little follow-through, poor communication, and no sense of accountability. I made every effort to resolve these issues privately. I repeatedly contacted Pens & Pages and even requested a partial reimbursement for the services that were never delivered. Unfortunately, I have not received a response regarding that request. As a first-time author, this should have been an exciting experience. Instead, it has been stressful, disappointing, and unprofessional. I hope Pens & Pages improves its customer service, communication, and follow-through so that future authors receive the services they pay for. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. ⸻

I had all the fragmented memories and a huge pile of notes, but absolutely zero clue how to make it a book. The ghostwriting team here? Incredible. It wasn't just writing; they genuinely listened to me during the meetings. I would say…the finished manuscript felt like my voice. They handled the emotional, sensitive parts of my story with such care. If you have a story but can't write it, hire these guys. Highly, highly recommend!

I appreciated how collaborative the process was. The team asked thoughtful questions, offered alternatives I hadn't considered, and helped refine my concept into a stronger narrative. They're partners, not order-takers, which I liked.

I liked working with PensnPages clear communication, polite editors, fast turnaround. One small formatting issue with margin in the print version, but fixed once flagged.

This one started rocky. The first draft of my business book was too stuffy and formal...it completely completely missed my personal, conversational style. I was definitely frustrated! But instead of arguing, the project manager listened, took my feedback seriously, and assigned a different ghostwriter for the revisions at no extra cost. The final manuscript was exactly what I wanted.

I gave them a vague brief for my sci-fi book something about geometric patterns and a lonely astronaut. I was expecting multiple rounds of revision. Nope! The very first concept they sent was it. It was dark, compelling, and instantly professional. It captured the exact tone & theme of the book. If you need a cover that jumps off the digital shelf, go with Pens & Pages.
