Avoid
gJune 18th I signed up, made my profile and paid to send a postcard off from the U.S. to Germany. Today is July 25th and it says "In Transit". It doesn't nor should it take over a Month to print a small postcard and mail it off to the recipient. I also noticed that I have to keep sending (paid) postcards weekly to maintain my active status. This is a straight up scam then. Nobody is going to send a postcard to someone who is listed as inactive. Members who slip into inactive category probably don't even get seen by other members. Also, you only get a tiny list of 6 people you can briws to send postcards too and there is a "These aren't clicking" button to give you 6 new people. you can hit that button twice for a total of only 18 people to choose from befire it says you e reached your limit. thus proves member visibility is extremely limited. It's been a month and I never recieved a postcard from someone else. So you have to keep giving PenPal.me money regularly (buying more postcards to send) just to be seen by others and then HOPE somone sends one to you. I highly doubt this is a real service. it's possible they are taking people's money and simply not performing their end of it, perhaps only fufilling SOME of the orders in order to maintain "legitimacy". I strongly suggest NOT using PenPal.me
