Wrong size charts; refund 1 year later
I bought shoes that are clearly advertised as US ladies size 9. When they arrived, they were too small and had a size tag sewn into the tongue that proclaimed them to be a size 7. I promptly emailed and was told, “So now the solution is that if the shoes doesn't fit you,you can return them,(no washed ,no used),and we will refund your money when we receive the returning, don't worry about it.” So, I paid another $26 to send them off to China. Today, 10 months later, the package came back stamped “REFUSED.” After this review, the seller refunded me through PayPal for the purchase price. The same item is still being sold with the same wrong size charts, though.
