Complete frauds! Scam artists! Stay away from this company!

This is a scam site. Beware. Avoid at all costs. Watch the recent Kitboga videos exposing these scams - they are not the legitimate Penguin Random House - they are pretending to be

I entered into a contract and paid Penguin Publishing Experts to publish my book of short stories. They immediately wanted to charge me over $1,000 for an edit and when I said NO, not another sent, they said they would do a simple edit to include primarily punctuation at no cost. The edits were unacceptable and I told them I was done. I didn't want to go through with the publishing and wanted a refund. I have stopped hearing from them.

Poor response to needs. Seems like a scam. Asked for payment under sponsorship program and then asked for additional payment for the same services. Be forewarned.
