Careful, its not clear this company is legitimate.
I am not sure if this company is legitimate. All of the email addresses i have for them are bouncing, this is the second time emails stopped working. Ive asked for my unused marketing budget funds back (5K) and if I dont get it I’ll be reporting them for investigation. Also they refuse to provide ownership or leadership details or full names. It seems they have a “project manager” that feds you steps, never accomplishes anything in the hopes you will just get frustrated and go away and let them keep your money. Ive not been able to accomplish anything with them.

Fraudulent website
Fraudulent website, other publishers have verified this is a fraud. All positive reviews are fake. Do deep dive on the reviewers on Facebook etc you will see they are fake profiles. They ask money upfront. No publisher asks demands money upfront.

Extremely Disappointed do not ever use this company!
Extremely Disappointed — I Would Never Recommend Penguin Book Publishing
Working with Penguin Book Publishing has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. I was promised a smooth, professional process that would take 1–3 weeks — instead, it took over 3 months.
During that time, they changed and misformatted parts of my manuscript, introducing errors that were not in the original version. My project manager even sent me another author’s manuscript by mistake — an incredibly unprofessional and unethical breach of confidentiality.
When my book was finally published, it still contained errors I had previously corrected, and I was upsold into a more expensive package with promises that were never fulfilled. I was told I would receive:
A professional website (never delivered)
A media interview and outreach to bookstores (never happened)
Professionally managed social media promotions (instead, they made a generic Facebook account with my name formatted incorrectly and low-quality Canva posts anyone could create for free)
To make matters worse, when I asked for the error in my name to be corrected, I was charged $50 for the revision, with a promise of a refund that I still haven’t received four months later despite weekly follow-ups.
My book may technically be “published,” but it’s not searchable on major retailers unless you type my full name and the complete title — making it practically invisible. I’ve been emailing for over six months and continue to receive empty promises, delays, or no responses at all.
I spent over $3,000 with this company and have nothing to show for it but wasted time, stress, and disappointment. This has been an unprofessional, dishonest, and exhausting process from start to finish. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for publishing support.
