Miscommunication (Probably my fault)
I was really pleased with the design that Pencilguy helped me create. Unfortunately, we miscommunicated about the date that the pencils were needed. When I realized that I wouldn't have the pencils in time for an event, pencil guy offered to cancel the order. I will work with this vendor again.

Hi Patricia: sorry about the miscommunication, we can ship orders the same or next day and meet any in hand date.
