Please be aware of extra delivery charges on overseas orders......Firstly there was a delay in the delivery of my order to the UK, Their dispatched email has tracking detail so i was able to see that the hold up was once it entered the UK. A few days later I got a letter from parcelforce saying there were customs charges of £24.61 to pay before it could be delivered! My order had only been £44.58 which had apparently included P&P. I have ordered many things from USA before and never had this. I emailed customer service to raise a concern re this and 1 week later they eventually replied telling me its in their Terms and conditions. The product itself is as shown but I will not be ordering from this company again due to this hidden cost.
