Absolutely love my penalty box! I always burn 300+ calories in a single workout. It’s always so fun! I really love how unique and versatile the product is. Great for my quick home workouts with a busy schedule.

Best on the go, at home, portable HIIT workout on the market. Hands down best fitness buy out there. Fully Recommend.

What can I say? I'm in love with a great way of getting fitter & stronger. I ordered my penalty box at the end of May (3 month into the UK lockdown). They arrived mid August into the UK. Covid19 affected stocks so I cannot possibly complain. You also get access to loads of training videos to keep motivating you to train! I saw on their Instagram account that they've now released mini boxes at I've ordered some of them this week, to change up my training routines. As an international customer, you receive tracking info once your order is dispatched so you can follow it on its journey to you. A great product, a great way to get fit, fun, fast & furious cardio!
