I am Zumba instructor for more than 10 years, and I feel I need more than that, so I ordered Penaltybox for my students 2 years ago, I also added steps when they just came out, it’s a complete workout with the steps! I normally do 15 minutes core and glute workout on the steps!! My classes are getting bigger and bigger!! All my students love the classes and programs! 🤗👍

Penalty box in my opinion is the best workout out there... there is so many amazing things you can do with it. I love that you can start at your own pace and skill level and advance as far as you want. This is such an amazing piece of equipment you can fold up and take anywhere you go from your living room to the gym and even the beach. We love the penalty box in my home my teens love doing the exercises that they made for the penalty box it really gets them moving. They love to work out together and also make up there own exercises since it goes from the four square to the hurdle the exercises are endless.... all in all I definitely recommend the penalty box for anyone who wants a good workout
