PEMA hugely overpromises and under-delivers. Add on top of that the scare tactics they use to close the deal - do not fall for it. They knew we had only a few months of runway as a newer org and insisted that they were the right fit who could bring us leads and turn that around. We saw 1 qualified lead in over 7 months of working with them. (Their program is only supposed to last 3 but with 0 results they extended it and we continued to see the same results.) Stay far far away and use your money elsewhere.

Hi Zach and Audrina,
We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Our team has been transparent and supportive throughout your campaign. Despite challenges, we implemented additional lead funnels and extended our services to support your needs. The campaign actually produced 26 leads and 12 bookings in your target criteria, despite multiple pauses at your request, which naturally slowed progress.
The core issue appears to be related to the refund policy, which was outlined in our agreement and which you reviewed before agreeing to work with us. Despite accepting our additional solutions, your dissatisfaction with the refund policy has resulted in these 2 negative reviews.
PEMA consistently honors its agreements. While work had been done and leads generated, we were dedicated to continuing our efforts to achieve a positive outcome for you. We remain committed to helping businesses like yours succeed and acquire new clients.
If anyone would like to see data/deliverables, feel free to email us directly.

Stay Away
I'm not sure where they got a lot of these clearly fake reviews. But what was promised compared to what was delivered was a complete failure. They ran their process for an extended 3 months and still only brought us one qualified lead, in the 6 months. And this was someone who I had already had a relationship with. They have no accountability or guarantee so if they fail they don't take responsibility and make things right. Stay away.
Edited after their reply. Happy to share who the calls they sent were with. Not qualified based on the information we sent. They did extend the time but with little to no results. Also, you just admitted you could only provide 20 leads in 7 months..... Not what is promised or marketed as. They also don't reply to interested prospects for 1-2 days, so I am happy to share the data on how many were missed on.

Red flags all around
Red flags all around: I've been in marketing for 15+ years and this was one of the worst pitches I've received. After a 50-minute conversation with a very generic cold email pitch, I still don't have pricing. The sales person couldn't even give me averages of what to expect.
Response from PEMANov 3, 2023
Hey Omar, everything we do for our clients is custom so we get all the information we need from you to create a bid. If this took longer than expected that's on us, however this 1-star review is not a reflection of our service or our delivery to our clients.

This is a total scam
This is a total scam. They promised me results of booked leads in 2-3 weeks and it’s been 6 and nothing.
They are spamming from my LinkedIn account and two other accounts they bought. Both of which you can’t even pronounce the name of the person.
When called out they give you a BS reply if trust the process and give it time.
Stay far away and find someone with a real program that converses with people and doesn’t just talk at them.
Response from PEMASep 28, 2023
Hi Shaun! Our records show you're 6 weeks into the program, you've gotten 4 booked calls so far with 2 of them being within 2 weeks from launch.
Your Client Success Manager has reached out to you multiple times to schedule a call to no avail.
Please get in touch with our team as soon as possible so we can get on the same page.

Not recommended
Not recommended, they just here to make money. They cancelled a confirmed call with me after having the first call without giving a valid reason. Now, they have disappeared despite sending them several emails.
Response from PEMAMay 26, 2023
Hey Ayoush! If we cancel a call its because we cant help. We only work with people who we are sure we can help. Our team sends out an email with the cancelation reason. Apologies if you missed it or it didn't make it to you. Wishing you all the best.

Read before buying could save you time, and thousands of dollars. Sorry for any misspells and punctuation errors was in a rush but hopes this helps.
There’s a few issues I have with this company and I’ll do my best as I sit here fuming to not go off on a tangent. This is my experience so please be aware of what you are doing when you move forward with this company. Alittle about myself about myself so you can have some real context. I’m US Navy Veteran and integrity is a huge thing for me. I just started a business to help local businesses with their digital presence and help improve customer journey.
#1 - They do not have a satisfaction Guarantee which means if you are not satisfied with them, the way they do your outreach, which doesn’t work for everyone’s market, or not getting results they you expected or was sold on they will fight you tooth and nail over the refund stating they did a lot of work.
#2 - Make sure you solidify with your market and do not budge. You would think they would have your best interest at heart but in all reality PEMA really only wants your money. Their outreach is more like LinkedIn spamming with multiple accounts by the way. Works for some but my market Specifically it doesn’t. Which they themselves told me and I decided I would trust them when it came down to the market change to see if my services matched the market they were reaching out to but my services don’t mesh well with the outreach they are doing client wise and I’ve looked into people who’ve replied and even the one appointment they got me was just lead gen. So yes once I realize they didn’t actually have my best interest at heart I went ahead and pulled the plug. Fair right? Your services don’t work for my market. You know that, I know that, so let’s start the refund and parts as friends no harm no foul.
#3 - This one is a bit personal so forgive me for not being completely informative but right not my family is going through some emergency health issues and we are pulling as much money together as possible. This refund from PEMA will go towards that yes, but if it was working I would leave it alone. My issue is the inhumanity that they have with their customers. You gave me little to no results, you talked me into changing my market, and then tell me you’ve done a lot of work when all you did was take my words out them in your message sequence template and send some messages on Linked. Copy and paste. Without results I don’t see the thousands of dollars worth of work PEMA speaks of. Sorry for ranting and the punctuation but I’m upset I’ve never left a bad review like this before and I’m so upset with their customer interaction on issues.
#4 - They don’t tell you about all the additional expenses for upkeep of all the monthly expenses for their outreach to work. This one wasn’t a big issue for me but I specifically asked and got a vague not too much per month from my sales person. Again, they seemed trustworthy and I believe most people have integrity when you share personal information like I’m having a kid I can’t afford to put money in a place that’s not going to return on my investment.
Closing statement as a business owner and someone who has worked in sales, customer service for years, and Serviced in the US Navy I believe in integrity and honor over a dollar anytime, anyplace, anywhere. PEMA clearly doesn’t, also this should switch a light bulb on for you. If the company is so good at their job and such a great company for business owners why are they fighting me on a few thousand dollars they should have clients systematically coming in nonstop and if they do how many of those clients are satisfied with their results? What do we not know about this company? Are they really out to help people succeed or just another company that only cares about their profit? I’ll let you decide either way if you are on the fence this is your time to do some deep diving or look at other options. GOD Bless.
After their reply here’s the continuation I guess.
I don’t know the other people who left reviews nor are they my friends. I simply left a review about my experience with PEMA. PEMA attempting to slander my name is in vain I’m not attempting to destroy PEMA’s reputation. The company is doing a fine job of that by themselves. For you to say that I’m doing anything immoral is ridiculous. I’ve served this country, my family, and my friends with the upmost Fairness and I stand by Honor, Courage, Commitment, and Integrity. What does PEMA stand on?
As you can see they never refunded me a single dime and I even sent an email saying I apologize for all the commotion just wanted to be treated with respect and that if they didn’t feel 100% refund was reasonable due to upfront work then I would take 50% of the refund so that we could part ways respectfully.
PEMA just know the way you continue to treat people will eventually catch up to you. I hope something changes within your organization on a mentality, and integrity level. I wish everyone the best of luck and again God Bless. Im done PEMA.
Response from PEMAMay 19, 2023
The reason he wanted a refund was not because we didn't deliver, it was because he had personal finance issues come up.
We’re very reasonable with all our clients and understand things come up and are flexible if they need help
Here's what happened:
After all the upfront work had been done, he demanded a refund with the threat "If you don't refund me I'll write negative reviews on every social media site and cost you thousands of dollars".
He made good on his threat when he said he would destroy our online reputation. He is now getting his friends to leave us negative reviews everywhere... At the time of this response there are two more negative reviews within 1 day.
Read all our other client reviews, you’ll see PEMA makes good on their promises and this is not a reflection of our actual service.

Really horrible experience with Pedro…
Really horrible experience with Pedro Antunes.
He cancelled multiple meetings at the last minute, and I would have to ask him why he had not shown up.
He was extremely rude and entitled, in a manner that made it unclear whether I would be paying for a service or otherwise.
Really shocking behaviour overall.
I would avoid at all costs, due to their lack of professionalism or ethics.
