They are doing a fraudulent sale under the guise of final sale. The size of the two shoes is different in length, width, and height, and the right foot is small enough not to fit into the shoe. It would be a lie that the seller sold it without knowing it. I asked for a normal shoe exchange after paying an additional fee, not a refund, but it was rejected. They are very unscrupulous traders.

Dear sir, the shoe you ordered is an Alden shoe which was under our shopworn sale final sale , and less than cost .we advertise it as shopworn and final sale. we do sell the model also as a full price new shoes The shoe is original Alden and not defective you can contact and verify with Alden providing the numbers inside the shoes. If the final sale shoes you bought knowing that can't be return and exchange doesn't fit you , won't make us dishonest... Please contact Alden factory to clarify your issue.
