It’s been 7 days since the order was placed without the order shipping. No communication whatsoever. Maybe my order will ship or maybe I’ll be scammed. I’m not too hopeful at this point. Buyer beware

I ordered size 12 and received size 11. I still haven't gotten the return label to send them back. Instead I received an email listing a totally different shoe in size 12. I want to send these back for a refund or send me these shoes in size 12

I ordere a pair of Alden shoes 909 Medallion tip Ball Black (order ID 11105) which was to be delivered by UPS. UPS tracking number 1Z6175XX6797799085 advises that the package was delivered an April 2, 2022 at 3.29 pm CET and left at "other" ?? ref number of delivery 6175XXVHJFF I do not know what "other" means and never received the package; on top of that, the courier could not have left the package without receiving the outstanding tax payment. UPS has up to now been very unhelpful

I placed an order for a pair of dark brown Paraboot Chambord. Paraboot runs UK sizes and I wear a size 9 US which is a size 8uk so I placed an order for a size 8 ( ie 8 UK ). A few days later I got an email from them to specify if I meant an 8UK or US to which I responded an 8uk (or 9 US). But my issue with them is I did not hear back from them for about two days and when I called I was blamed for ordering the wrong size. I responded by saying Paraboot uses UK sizing so I ordered my paraboot size (ie UK) and the lady was quite rude and retorted they only use US sizes. But no where did i see on their website that the sizes are US sizes. Then she says they don't have a size 8 UK (9 US) so the order was canceled. Ofcourse mistakes and misunderstandings do happen and are part of everyday life. But I did not appreciate the attitude of the lady on the phone. I am trying to make a purchase and there is a mix up with the sizing and instead of her saying something like sorry for the mix up etc she attacks me for ordering the wrong size and so on. Through what kind of magic was I supposed to deduce that they converted the size to US because I can see sizes but no where does it say they are US sizes. Different brands have different sizing. Anyway, I got my refund and I will not be shopping with them in the future. Thanks Right above this email is my original review to which they responded below. I wanted to respond to their response but I couldn’t so this is it below: My order was placed on Sept 1, right before 2pm CT. You responded on Sept 3 at 1:30 pm CT about the sizing issue. “ We received your order and wanted to make sure, The sizes on our website are US sizes , You ordered a size 8US which is 7 Paraboot Please confirm”. So you did not respond within 24 hours as you purport I responded on the same day on Sept 3 at 11:47PM. “Thanks doe getting back to me. I wear a size 9 US hence a size 8 UK (or Paraboot).” My order was neither processed nor did I get an email nor phone call from you, so I called you on Sept 6 at 12:42 PM CT (you said I called after a day which once again is inaccurate) to inquire about the status of my order very politely, and the person who responded was rude and blaming me for not ordering the right size, and I told her that I received an email about it and I had already replied with my size. I wouldn’t mind having a copy of the recording. By the way there are lots of US based site who do not convert size so as someone who owns paraboot shoes bought online before I assumed the sizes are paraboot sizes becait is not clear to me that your website converts sizes. And to me, this is not an issue; misunderstandings do happen. My issue is the way your representative responded to me when I called to inquire about the status of my order.

I ordered shoes that were advertised as crocodile but, were cheaply made shoes. When called to return the item the representative was very dimmisive. He stated that they never said the shoes were genuine, but on the contrary they were not!

I ordered a shoe with soft alligator, Pelleline sent a shoe with soft crocodile. I do realize that I could have returned the order, instead I kept the shoes.

These shoes were cheap at the last sale, but the left one is much smaller than the right one, so you can't wear them at all. I paid an extra fee and asked for an exchange of another pair of shoes, but it was rejected. This was definitely a defective product.
