Janel P, was very respectful, responsive and honest. I didn’t know if my 8X10 would be accepted and printed correctly but her reassurance from PELIPOST, was enough. I pray the facility continues to use this service. Paying for photos are not even a worry, the worry is if the facility will deliver them correctly. More importantly, customer service agents like Janel are truly valued in this process. Thank you Janel P.

Great product, great customer service
I’ve used the Pelipals BFF level subscription for a few months and I can’t say enough what a great deal it is, the value is far above the $9.99 a month, and the customer service by email or text has been fast and effective any time I had an issue with orders or changing addresses, especially Tabitha who seems to have personally dealt with a lot of my questions, always with a positive outcome :) thank you!
