Pelican Customer Service Sets them Apart
Customer service with Pelican Containers was great. They were quick to respond to me, kept me informed of my order's progress, worked with each other also to make sure my order was processed per my requests and quickly. I had attempted to purchase a container with one of their competitors who failed in all these things, wasted six weeks of my project's timeline. So grateful for Pelican sales, billing and logistics teams for making it happen for me in under ten business days. Shout out specifically to Praise and Jacobo!

Great experience!!
We purchased a 40'HC Full Open Side container, and everything went smooth and seamless. From communication on the quoting, sales, and delivery, it was all outstanding. The delivery service was very obliging and went out of their way to make everything easy for us. Just a great experience all around!!
