Definitely a scam, they never delivered the service I paid for. Gave back 50% refund and blocked my subscription when the month expired without having given me access to the account requested (and despite the reassurance that the time will start counting after access is actually given)

Bloody scam. & Will randomly charge your card. Their claim for view on private account is also a lie. They have office routing from US to UK to other several countries if you research. PLEASE BECAREFUL. ALOT OF REVIEWS ARE BOUGHT! I have been scammed 300 USD by this organization. PLEASE SAFE YOURSELF BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!

Don't pay it, is a big Scam...

They tell you it can take up to 30 days. They tell you the process is working. After 33 days of "In progress" - I see absolutely no process. They send out many messages that are obviously templates. They apologize, they tell you they understand your frustration. They tell you to be patient. They tell you their system is working, Instagram's security is difficult. They give you extra time on your subscription- what good is this if their system doesn't give you even a breadcrumb it works. They told me 21 days ago the system is downloading data off the instagram account, but they cannot provide any data to show progress. After 30 days, they offer to look at another account for free. This is worthless cause all they show you is "In progress" and string you along. They will respond this with a standard prewritten message they cannot find the account in question. SAVE YOUR MONEY, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT LIVE UP TO ITS ADVERTISING. THEY CERTAINLY HAVE NOTHING ADVERTISED TO SAY THE PROCESS TAKES UP TO 30 DAYS. I am opening up a BBB review in this conpany if it doesn't already exist.

This site is a scam and needs to be shut down. They advertise that they enable you to view a private Instagram account, but after months of waiting it still wasn't possible to view the account I was tracking. They assured me that the time I spend waiting would be free but despite this assurance they then charged me a second time despite still making no progress on the account I was trying to view, when I asked for a refund for this they refused. By this point things I no longer had any need to track the account so I asked again for a refund for what I was wrongly billed and a refund for the original amount I paid and they still refused both. If this wasn't a scam and the website actually worked they wouldn't have any problem providing refunds when it didn't work and wouldn't trick customers into thinking continued membership would be free before billing them again. I will therefore have to pursue legal options to get my money back as the service was clearly missing sold and was I wrongly billed again after being told in writing that it would be free until the service worked.

They don't warn you that they would charge the full amount again for each additional account. Since the first account didn't work (they also don't warn you that the result isn't immediate), I tried two more random accounts and lost $558. They charge without warning and without your approval. I requested a refund, since in the terms of service they promise to refund if you don't like the service. They refused, so I sent another email showing that they are being unfair. They are now ignoring me. The next step will be to take legal action and file a complaint with the FTC. They refused all my requests, offering me a 70% refund for only 2 of the 3 charges. So here's a tip for you: report them to your credit card company. That's the only way I got my full money back. And there's more: it's been over 30 days and I haven't been able to view any of the profiles. FRAUD

Waiting for refund. Just sent in email. Hoping for reply. EDIT: OMG DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. THEY TAKE YOUR CARD INFORMATION AND TRY TO DO A PAYMENT. YESTERDAY I SAW AN UNKNOWN CHECK ON MY BANK ACCOUNT SO I MOVED ALL MY MONEY OUT AND RIGHT NOW ANOTHER PAYMENT TRIED TO GO THROUGH. GLAD I MOVED MY MONEY. YOU GUYS ARE A SCAM.
